Payment Policy

Dr. Desselle accepts cash, check, credit or debit cards and most Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. She is an in-network provider for BCBS PPO. She does not contract with any other insurance plans or managed care companies. However, many insurance policies have "out of network" mental health benefits and she can provide you with a Health Insurance Claim Form (HCFA-1500) after each session with most of the information already included. Your insurance company will send reinbursement directly to you. Many of her clients use this method and say it works well for them.

Payment is due at the time of service.
